1. What is included in the Dam View Swiss Tent package?
The package includes tent accommodation with bedding, evening tea and snacks, limited BBQ starters, unlimited vegetarian or non-vegetarian dinner, music, morning breakfast and outdoor activities.
2. What are the food timings?
Evening tea and snacks are served from 5 PM to 7 PM. BBQ starters are served from 8 PM to 9:30 PM. Dinner is served from 10 PM to 11:30 PM. Morning breakfast is available from 8 AM to 10 AM.
3. Is the BBQ unlimited?
No. BBQ starters are provided in limited quantities as part of the package.
4. Is dinner included in the package?
Yes. Unlimited vegetarian or non-vegetarian dinner is included during the scheduled dinner time.
5. Is swimming pool access included?
No. Swimming pool access is optional and costs an additional âš200 per person. It is not included in the camping package price.
6. What activities are available at the campsite?
Activities include cricket, football, badminton, volleyball, carrom and more. Availability may vary depending on campsite conditions.
7. Is advance booking mandatory?
Yes. Prior booking is mandatory. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
8. When do I pay the remaining amount?
The remaining 50% must be paid in cash at the campsite.
9. What payment methods are accepted?
Advance payments can be made through PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM UPI or bank transfer. Contact the campsite to confirm payment details before transferring money.
10. What should I carry for camping?
Please carry extra clothes, personal medicines, winter wear, a raincoat or umbrella, and valid ID proof.
11. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
A 50% refund is available when cancellation is communicated by phone at least 10 days before the event. No refund is provided for cancellations requested less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows. Please read the complete cancellation policy below.
12. What happens if bad weather affects activities?
Activities may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions. The operator will try to arrange an alternative feasible activity. No refund is provided for activity changes under the stated policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation 10 or more days before the event: A 50% refund is available when the cancellation is communicated through a phone conversation at least 10 days before the event date.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the event: No refund is provided.
- No-show: No refund is provided if the guest does not arrive for the booking.
- Weather conditions or government restrictions: Certain activities may be cancelled due to unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions. The operator will try to provide an alternative feasible activity wherever possible. No refund will be provided for such activity changes under the stated policy.
